UAE Shipping

FREE same-day shipping across Dubai and select areas of the UAE on orders over AED 500. Orders placed before 12pm (GST)* are dispatched the same day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with next-day dispatch on all orders placed before 12pm (GST). Delivery times vary by destination and carrier; tracking details will be provided upon shipment. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packed using high-quality protective materials to maintain their condition and authenticity throughout transit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

*To enjoy same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm (GST) Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is proven to be unauthentic, or does not match the product description on our website.

If you believe your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at thepokeden.ae@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation. We will evaluate the issue and respond with next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

All items are considered non-returnable unless they meet the criteria above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
